How quickly can you come out?

For emergencies we aim to attend the same day across Cheshire and Greater Manchester, weather and safety permitting. For non-urgent work we normally visit within 24–48 hours to survey and quote.

How much does a roof repair cost?

Small repairs can start from under £200, while larger structural work will cost more. We carry out a full inspection, take photos and provide a clear written quote before any work starts.

What are your payment terms?

We take a 20% deposit to secure your booking and materials. The remaining 80% is only due once the work is complete and you are happy with it.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and everyone on your roof is part of our in-house team — we never subcontract your job out.

What warranty do you offer?

New roofs come with up to a 20-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Repair warranties vary depending on the condition of the existing roof — we’ll explain this clearly in your quote.

How do you find leaks other roofers can't?

We use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to trace hidden water paths, along with drone and close-up visual inspections where needed.

Will I know exactly what work was done?

Yes. We take clear before and after photos and walk you through everything completed before any invoice is sent.

Are you qualified for lead work?

Yes. We’re certified by the Master Roofers Training Academy for lead welding and follow industry best practice on every detail.
